This is me two years ago, when yoga and a healthy diet were a normal part of my life.
Today I'm a good 25 lbs plumper than this photo. I can still reach my toes but... yeah, things are different. I'm posting this photo as a welcoming back to my yoga practice and a motivation to get vigilant about my diet. Because I miss the combination of calm and energy that my yoga practice renders. And I would love to live in that lean, limber body again.
